We accept return requests for eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all original packaging included.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons, customization, clearance sale status, or other specific conditions stated on the product page.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.

4. Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within several business days depending on your financial institution.

5. Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error, such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before shipment processing begins. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests can no longer be guaranteed and may require a return request after delivery.
